Rating song with iPod touch

iPod touch iOS 10

My problem start after the iOS update of my iPod touch in setember 2016. Since tha time I can't rate (even or see the stars and the lyrics) anymore my songs rates with the stars 1 to 5.

I would like if it's apple deliberatly remove this function or what i hope something else like a bug in the software or setting problems.
